I’ve written about this topic before, but did you hear the latest? On October 1st the Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge to Alabama’s ban on the sale of sex toys. This is a battle that has been going on for nine years now and it looks like the end of the line… for now at least. So it is still Illegal to buy sex toys in Alabama (although it is not illegal to buy them out of state or posses them -thank goddess!)!
According to the Seattle Times, Alabama’s anti-obscenity law, enacted in 1998, bans the distribution of “any device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs for anything of pecuniary (financial) value.”
Yikes! I love Illinois!!!!
