You are correct in that it is not the most efficient way to stimulate the prostate, but combined with the internal component of the Nexus glide, the ball bearing adds a little extra stimulation. And actually, stimulation of the prostate by pressing on the perineum is a great way to ease skittish fellas into thinking more seriously about butt play! It's the perineum that little guy rolls all over. I mean if the tip of the toy and the ball bearing stimulated your prostate it'd have to be a six inch long prostate gland, and that's called cancer.
